Coffee has always been at the heart of The Fallow Deer. Good coffee is not just about a nice machine or skilled hands. It starts with the bean.
Why we started
Something you look forward to
Over the years we tried many different roasters and blends. Some were good. Some were exciting. But none truly felt like us. We wanted a coffee that matched our food, our space and the people who walk through our doors every day.
So we took control of our own flavour, and designed every detail: the body, the sweetness, the finish, the balance with milk and the comfort in every sip. A coffee that works perfectly in our café and tastes just as good at home.

Forest Dawn was created to reflect how we love to drink coffee every day. Bright, smooth and approachable, like the start of a good day.

Shaped by our guests
Some of you wanted coffee without caffeine, or a cup in the evening. So we created our Colombian Decaf. No shortcuts, no compromise on flavour.

Small batches keep us close to the process. We taste, we adjust, we improve, and every batch reflects our standards.

Tasting notes of maple syrup, Bakewell tart, plum compote and hazelnut. Balanced and comforting, designed to work beautifully with milk while still shining when enjoyed black.

Proper coffee without caffeine, for an evening cup or for anyone who loves the taste but not the buzz.
